Instructor-Led Training

Instructor-led training is the reason I got into learning and development. I enjoy being in a room helping people learn. Below are some examples of instructor-led training I have facilitated:

Team Dynamics Training (2017)

As a Training and Development Specialist for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (Partners), I was asked to take on the Team Dynamics training that had been initially developed by a project manager as part of the curriculum for the PMO Project University. I reviewed and redesigned the course and I facilitated a few sessions. Review the related materials below:

Starbucks Mobile App Training Example (2016)

As part of a job interview, I was asked to develop an outline of how I would go about designing the training for a mobile app. I chose the Starbucks mobile app because I use it frequently and I love how it saves me time ordering.

DFCCC Partners Applications Training (2016)

As a Training and Development Specialist at Partners Healthcare IS for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, I designed, created training materials for WebEx delivery on accessing partners applications, SSO and using Service Now to submit tickets for technical issues.

Training Customer Service Representatives (2010)

As a consultant for the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Implementation Project by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, my role was to train the Customer Service Representatives who would be providing support to the Medicaid providers. The learners had already completed eLearning courses, so the goal was to provide the audience reference and renewed engagement. Below you can view the training materials I assembled for a successful outcome.
