Nurses and providers in 350+ hospitals needed to use clinical decision support software correctly from day one. I helped a three-person team keep that training accurate and easy to reach.

TIMELINE
2022 to 2023
Glucommander advises clinicians on IV insulin dosing. A dosing error affects patients, so training had to be accurate, current with every product change, and easy for busy nurses and providers to reach. The training team was three people supporting clinicians and internal staff.
I started with the course evaluations and worked with clinical and product SMEs to see where the existing courses weren't serving learners. Then, I rebuilt the library and paired each course with an updated job aid, so clinicians could find a quick reference without retaking a course.
Moved 17 online courses from Storyline to Presenter, guided by evaluation data and SME input, and updated their job aids
Recorded software demos and simulations in Captivate
Built customer-facing and internal modules in Rise and Descript
Managed SCORM files and job aids on the customer site
Everything fed the Glytec Learning Hub, a self-service site with role-based pathways and performance support for clinicians and internal teams. I kept its courses and job aids current as the product changed.
